Westwood Townhouses II

The Westwood II community is a unique area of townhomes in the beautiful natural setting and relaxed surroundings of Rancho Bernardo. Over the years, our community has endeavored to maintain an atmosphere of wholesome family living with care and concern for our neighbors. Westwood II has 174 units and was completed in 1974. The complex encompasses four streets, two of which are private. The streets are: the 17400 block of Matinal Road, Matinal Circle from 11301 through 11499, and the private roads of Caminito Baya and Caminito Masada.

Westwood II Townhouses is located in the much larger area of Westwood which was the original family community in Rancho Bernardo. Today, it is one of Rancho Bernardo’s major residential centers, anchored by the Westwood Club, RB Community Park and Recreation Center, Joselyn Senior Center and the RB Dog Park.
